Account Alerts/Controls FAQs

  1. Log in to your digital banking account
  2. From the main menu, select “Notifications”.
  3. Enable Notifications by toggling the switch. This allows push notifications to be sent to your phone.
  4. Chose the types of alerts you want to receive by toggling on each section and providing any required information.
  5. Don’t forget to check the “More Options” section to customize your alerts and get the full benefits.
  6. Save your settings.
  1. Log in to your digital banking account.
  2. From the main menu, select “ Ealerts”.
  3. Chose the types of alerts you want to receive by toggling on each section and providing any required information.
  4. Click on the “Available Emails” tab.
  5. Toggle on the emails you want to receive the alerts.
  6. Click “Update”.
  1. Log in to your digital banking account.
  2. From the main menu, select “Settings”.
  3. From the “Settings” menu, select “Edit Email”.
  4. To add an email, select “Add Email" .
  5. Add the new email and select the eDocuments you want to receive.
  6. Verify the new email address.
