Move your money when it matters
Move your money beyond Indianhead Credit Union with secure external transfers
You can securely send money to another Indianhead Credit Union member in digital banking. Login to digital banking, then select “Transfers” when using the App or “Transfers & Payments” when using the website from the menu. From there, choose “Start New Transfer” and select the account you want to transfer from. In the “Transfer to” box select “Other”. Enter the other members account number and sub-account number along with the amount of the transfer. Verify that the other members account information is correct.
Within the “Transfer” menu within your digital banking select “External Account Management”. Please view the disclosure agreement before adding a new account. Select “Add External Account”. To link an external account , please find your routing number and your account number from the other financial and enter it in the correct fields along with an account description. Once this step is done, two transfers will be made into that account. You will need to verify access to that account after the two-day waiting period by entering the amount of those transfers within the “External Account Management option from the “Transfers” menu.
Navigate to the “ Transfer” menu within your digital banking and select “View Scheduled Transfers”. Choose the transfer you want to stop, then delete.
